Job Description
We're seeking a Corporate Actions Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work with DTC process within Voluntary Corporate Actions with the Reorganization space.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience with back-office systems in Corporate Actions
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Ability to multitask and take ownership of complex issues
- Experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Experience with BPS/DTC/Euroclear/Clear stream is a plus
