Job Description
We are seeking an Operations Training Coordinator to provide essential training and administrative support within the Production Operations function. The role involves working across multiple job families, combining administrative, organizational, and coordination skills to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Min 3 years of experience
- HS Diploma or Equivalent preferred
- Strong communication abilities to effectively exchange information and facilitate training
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook experience is preferred
- Self-Management: Takes initiative to manage own workload effectively with a moderate degree of supervision
