Job Description
Broadridge is seeking a Storage Operations Engineer to manage end-to-end storage operations and engineering activities across large-scale enterprise environments.
Requirements
- Manage day-to-day administration of the Storage Area Network (SAN)
- Perform storage-related tasks such as volume creation, LUN provisioning, and data migration
- Monitor system health, performance, and capacity utilization; produce and review operational reports
- Collaborate with vendors for technical support, escalations, and issue resolution
- Support incident management activities, ensuring service levels are achieved and documented appropriately
