Job Description
Broadridge is looking for a Supervisor Production Maintenance to join their dynamic team onsite in Coppell, Texas. The role involves supervising the Production Technical Support Department and requires experience with manufacturing operations and a proven proficiency in the operation and repair of production equipment.
Requirements
- Supervise the Production Technical Support Department
- Provide direction and mechanical support to production mechanics
- Maintain parts inventory for all equipment
- Monitor records of preventive maintenance
- Keep informed of new technology and equipment
- Fill in for Management responsibilities in the Department Manager's absence
- Meet or exceed Cost Per Unit targets
- Monitor and maximize machine throughput
- Coach, counsel, and motivate technicians
- Verify administrative work is filled out properly
- Reward, recognize, and discipline associates
- Maintain records pertaining to department personnel
