Requirements

• Growing and developing talents and insurance knowledge to highest level possible
• Providing a high level of support in obtaining, maintaining, expanding and servicing personal accounts
• Meeting sales and revenue objectives
• Providing in-house customer service to clients as assigned and requested
• Marketing new business, determining premiums, preparing and presenting proposals to clients
• Maintaining underwriting and marketing information by carrier
• Checking new and renewal policies for accuracy and inputting transactions to generate billing invoices
• Receiving phone calls from clients and companies regarding insurance, claims, or administrative problems
• Reporting and following up on overdue and suspense items
• Maintaining electronic and/or paper files in an orderly, up-to-date manner
• Performing special projects at management's request
