Job Description
Join Broccolini, a family-owned company recognized for delivering outstanding construction projects with a strong commitment to safety. We're looking for a Health & Safety Coordinator who is passionate, detail-oriented, and proactive to help ensure the well-being of our teams across job sites.
Requirements
- Must hold an NCSO designation or demonstrate equivalent safety certification and experience
- Degree or certificate in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction safety legislation and best practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Calm under pressure and capable of influencing safe behavior
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
