Brocket Hall is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join their culinary team. This role involves maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation for various dining options, including fine dining, casual venues, and event catering. The Chef de Partie will lead a section of the kitchen and collaborate with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional food experiences.
