Inside Sales Representative is pivotal in maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and supporting seamless transitions between inside and outside sales teams.
Requirements
- High Volume of outbound Phone Calls to introduce and grow our business
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell based on customer needs
- Prepare and deliver quotes and product information to customers
- Collaborative with Marketing and Sales Management to prepare customer-specific document requests
- Track and manage sales activities using CRM tools, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
- Collaborate closely with the Outside Sales Team to manage account transitions and ensure continuity of service
- Learn and understand Bron Tapes catalog of products and tape applications
