Print Press Operator - 3rd shift

We are looking for a Print Press Operator with experience running a printing press. We offer great benefits and a working environment.

Requirements

• Using the job jacket, verifies material size, type of material.
• Clean all nip, corona tray and corona rollers, check tack of blue and feeder roller and refresh if tack is low.
• Check ink levels and add ink as needed to reach proper levels and run ink test program.
• Select art for job and RIP over to press.
• Run job to perform first piece inspection.
• Use the first piece to check quality of print during run and complete job.
• When job is complete scan the job to the next work center and move job to completed hold area.
• At end of shift operator cleans area and informs supervisor of any mechanical, material or ink problems that caused issues during the day.
