Hourly - Student Success Coach/Advisor, GEAR UP for Success

The Student Success Coach/Advisor provides students with tools and resources to prepare for and succeed in post-secondary education. The position delivers universal, seamless, and personalized support to students, maintaining a meaningful relationship with them and active engagement in programs directed toward post-secondary readiness and student success.

Requirements

• Advising students on college preparedness, financial aid, career resources, and graduation
• Managing and monitoring a caseload of GEAR UP students
• Providing career and college planning services
