Job Description
The Manager, Workday Configuration position is responsible for supporting, extending and Human Capital Management, Absence, Payroll operations and business reporting. They will lead as a thought partner for customer groups, advise on business requirements, and implement and maintain functionality to support service delivery and alignment of teams.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience with HCM and other functional areas
- 1-2 years of project management experience
- Excellent consultative, organization, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge
