Job Description
We are seeking a talented maintenance professional to join our team at Brookfield Properties. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance tasks within the apartment community, including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical work. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in commercial property or multi-unit residential property and a high school diploma or equivalent.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid driver's license
- HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing certifications (preferred)
