Senior Associate, Site Content

Brooklinen is looking for a Senior Associate, Site Content to help shape the company's website experience. The role involves owning all managed content across Brooklinen.com, ensuring a seamless and high-quality onsite experience.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in ecommerce, site merchandising, digital operations, or a related field
• Platform proficiency: Hands-on experience with Shopify and Dynamic Yield strongly preferred; familiarity with CMS tools and analytics platforms (Heap, Omni) is a plus
• Technical curiosity: A genuine interest in how ecommerce sites work "under the hood" and a desire to partner closely with Product and Engineering
