Senior Director, Institutional Assessment and Effectiveness

Under general direction, this position provides district-wide leadership in the implementation, quality, and monitoring of institutional assessment and effectiveness processes, focusing on student learning outcomes and operational outcomes.

Requirements

• Master's Degree required. Doctorate degree preferred.
• Eight years of related experience in higher education including working with regional accreditation, academic and administrative outcomes assessment consultation, program review, quality assurance, faculty/staff training, including five years in management, and three years of experience.
• Ability to partner with others across the College and externally to exchange information, collaborate on projects, share resources, etc.
• Strong knowledge of College structure, policies and practices, and the impact on own area
• Models inclusive excellence through specific actions that support the College’s mission in the recruitment, hiring, and retention of talented and diverse faculty and staff
