Job Description
Perform semi-skilled work in areas of plant maintenance, including air conditioning, plumbing, hardware, carpentry, grounds, sprinklers, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs. Monitor proper operation of school's mechanical system.
Requirements
- Standard high school diploma or satisfactory completion of an approved General Educational Development (GED) Testing Program
- Three (3) years of industrial, commercial, or educational facility experience
- Extensive knowledge in the proper operation of vacuums, washers, and buffing equipment
- Ability to use power and hand tools associated with the various trades
- Ability to work effectively from ladders with due regard to safety for self and others
Benefits
