Job Description
Brown & Brown is seeking an Employee Benefits Producer to join our growing team in Destin, Florida. The Employee Benefits Producer will sell new group Employee Benefit Insurance, assist within the department, and manage existing accounts.
Requirements
- Prospect for new business every day
- Actively pursue new client prospects through telemarketing, networking, and personal referrals
- Maintain proper documentation for existing and prospective clients
- Acquire and/or maintain life and health license requirements
- Oversee all aspects of new groups with assigned account manager
