Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Health & Benefits Consultant to join our growing team in a remote or hybrid role. As a Senior Consultant, you will manage consulting projects for mid- and large-market employers and help shape innovative benefits solutions.
Requirements
- Life and Health license
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience in employee benefits consulting
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and communicate effectively
- Advanced analytical and financial evaluation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
- Broad health and benefits market knowledge
- Underwriting training/experience strongly preferred
