District Sales Manager

In the District Sales Manager position, you will manage and direct a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals within a district. You will be an essential part of our team that has been servicing customers and delivering fine foods since 1942.

Requirements

• Supervise, train, direct and develop assigned Sales Representatives
• Prepare district annual sales and expense budget
• Develop strategies to exceed the budget in sales and gross margin dollars
• Manage district’s account profiles
• Analyze the business plan, product mix and profit opportunities
• Initiate and implement programs to guide Sales Representatives towards full commission status
• Work with VP of Sales and Human Resource department to recruit, interview, hire and develop successful salespeople
• Manage the employee resources of the sales district
