Head of Production MRMS/ FT-ICR MS (m/f/d)

Bruker is seeking a Head of Production for its MRMS team, responsible for the complete value chain from production to service. This role requires a deep understanding of MRMS technology, strong execution capabilities, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. The team will manage suppliers, troubleshoot issues, and support new developments. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, self-motivated, and capable of delivering high-quality, stable systems.
