Local Lead Quality Assurance, Sensorik (m/f/d)

As Local Lead Quality Assurance, Sensorik, you will shape the further development of our integrated quality, environment, and safety management system and contribute to strengthening our product quality. You will represent quality assurance with expertise and vision in cross-location projects and take over CAPA coordination.

Requirements

• Analysis, maintenance, and further development of the existing quality management system
• Leadership of CAPA cases
• Quality representative in PLM projects
• Projects to improve product quality
• Identification of process and product risks together with the departments
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory, normative, and defined requirements for products
• Promoter for quality policy and quality culture
• Local representative of product quality in Switzerland
• Collection of product-related data/product quality information and analysis
• Derivation and implementation of measures from data analysis to improve product quality
• Support in setting up and maintaining a product quality reporting system
• Implementation of quality goals for product quality
• Conducting training activities on product quality-related topics
• Conducting internal audit activities, but also supplier audits
• Accompanying audits by 3rd parties
