Job Description
Under the direction of the Accounting Manager, the Document Imaging Specialist is responsible for scanning documents into the imaging system, OnBase, while working with the accounting team and other employees. Prepare documents for scanning, scan documents into OnBase, and maintain accuracy while completing tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum of 1 year of office experience or equivalent education
- Job-related software skills, MS Office
- Ability to operate a variety of standard office equipment
