Job Description
The Team Captain of Angle Change or Fabrication/Welding is responsible for the fabrication of job specific parts, for custom automotive and stair lift products. This position coordinates daily operations as outlined by their team leader.
Requirements
- Assigning, monitoring, and reviewing the accuracy of team members' work
- Providing technical guidance to assist in meeting daily targeted goals
- Training and developing team members through standard work practices and training documents
- Maintaining a safe work environment
- Conducting daily 5S audits and promoting 5S initiatives
- Conducting preventative maintenance audits daily
- Assisting in the administration and maintenance of required D1.1 welding certifications
