Job Description
BRUNT is a workwear company focused on improving worker boots and apparel, prioritizing real people and building a strong community. This Junior Technical Designer role supports the creation, fitting, and execution of BRUNT’s growing workwear assortment, ensuring durability, performance, and fit. The role involves technical design, BOM management, CAD creation, prototyping, and collaboration with various departments.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in apparel development or technical design.
- Foundational knowledge of garment construction, textile and materials, and fit standards.
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards (ANSI, NFPA, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with PLM systems, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Office Suite/Google products.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
