Valuation Surveyor - Senior Surveyor/Associate

We are seeking a Senior Surveyor or Associate Valuation Surveyor to join our National Valuation Team in Gloucester. The role involves delivering Red Book-compliant valuations for commercial, bank & investment and development land. You will have access to a diverse portfolio of commercial property and development land, giving you variety and scope to keep your work engaging and high-impact.

Requirements

• MRICS/FRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer status
• 2 years PQE valuation experience or approaching Registered Valuer status
• Experience in commercial valuation within consultancy, bank/investment market, with some experience of valuing mixed use properties
• Full Driving licence and access to a car
