Job Description
The CCS Assembly Supervisor will lead Cable Shop Technicians in testing, inspecting, loading, unloading, and maintaining ESP cable. This role involves training new employees, overseeing cable handling, and ensuring a safe working environment. The position requires a strong understanding of EHS guidelines and adherence to company policies.
Requirements
- Complete work in a safe manner and follow all safety requirements.
- Follow all environmental requirements.
- Complete all work with a clean driving record.
- 2-3 years’ ESP experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills required
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Basic hand tool proficiency.
- Basic correspondence writing skills.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
