Job Description
This role involves setting up and operating robotic and resistance welders, troubleshooting equipment, and performing preventative maintenance. The position requires welding experience, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to lead a team. Must be able to work overtime including weekends and maintain safety standards.
Requirements
- Prior robotic and/or resistance welding experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lead others
- Basic PLC proficiency (preferred with Siemens or Allen Bradley software)
- Experience with MotoMan and/or OTC equipment (a plus)
- HS diploma/GED required
- Advanced welding training preferred
- Ability to work OT as needed (including weekends)
