Lohnbuchhalter:in / Payroll Specialist

The Payroll Specialist will independently execute payroll and salary calculations, act as a central point of contact for social security and income tax legal questions, and manage audits. They will handle correspondence with offices and institutions, provide project-related payroll cost analyses, and partner with HR and Finance to develop a digital financial strategy, optimizing processes. Administration of payroll software is also required.

Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training, ideally a tax clerk and/or further training as a payroll accountant
• Several years of experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of the processes and procedures of TV and film productions
• Very good knowledge of income tax and social security law
• Strong data protection understanding
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Precise, structured, and independent working method
• Process- and goal-oriented working method
• Good assertiveness and patient handling of employees unfamiliar with accounting
