Job Description
Courtyard by Marriott Lakewood Ranch is seeking a Cook to join the team. The Cook will be responsible for producing all hot and cold food items for service in the restaurant and for catering functions.
Requirements
- One year previous hotel food and beverage preparation or cooking experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation is a plus.
- High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to develop an understanding of concepts, practices, pre-established guidelines and procedures used by the company in relation to guest service is necessary.
