Builders FirstSource is America's largest supplier of building materials, value-added components, and building services to the professional market. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will demonstrate in-depth knowledge and skills to effectively represent the company with complex customers, develop sales contracts, and troubleshoot field issues. You will also participate in leadership roles, such as chairing meetings and training less experienced sales staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or related field
• 2 years prior sales experience
• In-depth knowledge of company products, services, production processes, and product standards
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information
• Demonstrated professionalism, diplomacy, and tact
• Highly effective selling skills
• Ability to achieve aggressive sales goals and objectives
• Proficiency in Office Suite
• Valid driver's license
