Project Manager - Millwork Operations

We are Builders FirstSource, America’s largest supplier of building materials, value-added components and building services to the professional market. The Project Manager - Millwork Operations will establish, implement and direct millwork operation strategies across the enterprise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with ten (10) years’ experience managing a millwork operation or supporting multiple millwork operations in a regional or national capacity; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated experience with lean processing techniques.
• Knowledge of company products, competitors’ products and company standards
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of basic sales techniques, concepts and the ability to influence and persuade
• Knowledge of advanced millwork manufacturing techniques, concepts and the ability to influence and persuade best in class practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and an enterprise resource planning (ERP) program
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred, but not required.
