Millwork Inside Sales Representative

Building Products Inc. (BPI) is seeking a Millwork Inside Sales professional to serve as a primary point of contact for our customers, handling incoming requests, entering and managing orders, and ensuring accurate, timely communication throughout the order process.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, inside sales support, or order processing (preferred)
• General knowledge of construction and remodeling is a plus
• Experience in commercial millwork is a plus
• Familiarity with millwork products, materials, and manufacturing processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately
• Strong computer skills with experience using ERP systems for order processing and customer management
