Job Description
Buildout is hiring a Billing Associate to create and send customer invoices, reconcile payments, and provide high-quality customer service. The role will have a direct impact on driving down outstanding invoices and will join a strong team that values teamwork and problem solving.
Requirements
- Experience with corporate billing, accounts receivable, or collections
- Experience with billing systems, Sage Intacct is a plus
- Customer service experience with interpersonal skills and a deep customer focus
- Extreme attention to detail and able to prioritize workload
- A team player mentality, highly coachable, self-motivated, and interested in growing your career
