Project Manager - Specialist Entrepreneur responsible for planning, coordinating, managing, and following up on construction or infrastructure projects. Ensures compliance with schedules, budgets, quality, and safety standards while ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Estimate, plan, and organize work for one or more projects simultaneously.
• Identify and understand the needs of clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate the project team daily and pilot the construction site operations.
• Hire resources and plan equipment mobilizations/demobilizations.
• Order special equipment and manage bitumen and other material inventories.
• Develop and manage subcontracting contracts, follow project progress and approve payments.
• Control and analyze the project budget and costs.
• Produce and analyze daily cost reports, propose improvement suggestions, and make required adjustments.
• Produce payment accounts and client invoices.
• Maintain good relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees.
• Ensure clear and efficient communication with the administration team and other departments (inventories, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll).
• Participate in monthly closing meetings and communicate required information.
• Ensure that the team respects quality, SST, and environmental standards.
• Stay informed of business opportunities (tenders, existing clients, solicitations).
• Verify daily tender websites (SEAO, MERX, etc.).
• Produce estimates and submissions, read plans and quotes, establish quantities, and validate prices.
• Participate in closing submissions and transmit the form.
