The ideal candidate will have a strong network with architects and/or real estate developers, good understanding of construction, and a strategic mindset focused on long-term partnerships.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain a strategic network of architects and real estate developers
• Identify projects in advance of the construction cycle
• Position the company as a key partner in value engineering and base building
• Understand the financial, technical, and operational challenges faced by real estate developers
• Present projects to internal teams and orchestrate the transition to technical expertise
• Contribute to the company's overall growth strategy and positioning
• Actively contribute to achieving the growth objective of $100M
