Requirements
- Experience in the electrical industry or in a technical or commercial environment (asset)
- Experience in B2B sales or customer service in a professional context
- Excellent communication skills in French and good English proficiency, both written and verbal
- Autonomy, rigor, organizational skills, and efficient priority management
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls and emails in a dynamic environment
- Comfort with computer tools (Microsoft Office, CRM, collaborative tools)
- Interest in technical products and the electrical industry
