We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead multiple construction sites, develop a high-performance team, and promote a culture of accountability and innovation. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in construction management, strong leadership skills, and experience with technological solutions in construction operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management
• At least 3 years as a general manager or in an equivalent role
• Strong leadership, operational planning, and problem-solving skills
• Concrete experience with the integration of technological solutions into construction operations
• Ability to supervise multiple projects simultaneously with rigor and efficiency
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strategic partnership sense
