Lemon Platypus is looking for a HR Systems Implementation Specialist to help small and medium-sized businesses with HR systems administration and support. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with HR systems and a passion for making technology work smoothly for real people.

Requirements

• Experience working with HR systems (e.g. as an HRIS admin, HR coordinator, or support role)
• Hands-on experience with Hibob
• Previous experience with payroll processes or working with payroll systems
• Strong attention to detail and a knack for getting things set up correctly
• Clear, friendly communication skills – both with clients and your teammates
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a willingness to learn new platforms
