Controller role in a PE-backed industrial services company, responsible for leading GAAP-compliant reporting, strengthening internal controls, and driving excellence in financial processes.
Requirements
- Technically strong, hands-on accounting leader
- Big 4 training
- Proven experience in PE-backed companies undergoing rapid growth and acquisition activity
- Deep expertise in POC accounting, multi-entity consolidations, and building control environments
- Highly organized, system-savvy, and comfortable operating in the details while communicating clearly with executives
Benefits
- Base salary ranging from $175K to $225K
- Annual incentive bonus of 20-30% of base salary
