Job Description

This role involves leading the end-to-end content design strategy for Bumble Date, focusing on inclusive language, design, and user experience. The ideal candidate will be a creative systems thinker excited to champion inclusive language and integrate AI tools.
Requirements
- Experienced content designer, UX writer, or product writer
- Strong portfolio demonstrating impact across complex digital products
- Skills in designing scalable content systems, voice and tone frameworks, and usability testing
- Fluency in Figma and design system tools
- Experience using AI tools for ideation, linguistic testing, or design iteration
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills
