Job Description
This Maintenance Supervisor role provides leadership and support for the maintenance/reliability function within a Bunge facility. The position focuses on ensuring the safe, effective, and efficient use of resources, managing budgets, and achieving sustainable operational practices. The role involves implementing maintenance organization, processes, and systems, and contributing to the development of succession plans and process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or science technology, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years’ experience in reliability and/or maintenance
- Minimum Level 1 certification in oil analysis, vibration analysis, ultrasonic, thermography preferred
- Strong communication skills and experience with CMMS/SAP
