Requirements

• Knowledge of fraud monitoring and prevention
• Fluent English language skills and strong communication skills, with empathy
• Problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail for efficient resolution
• Familiarity with the financial/banking sector and terms like KYC, KYB, payment and compliance operations
