Brand and External Communications - Strategic Project Co-ordinator

We're looking for a Strategic Project Co-ordinator to support the Chief Brand & External Communications Officer in coordinating strategic initiatives, projects, and stakeholder engagements. You'll play a pivotal role in fostering team connectivity, managing cross-functional priorities, and shaping Bupa's external presence.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, communications, or business operations within a complex, matrixed organisation.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to prepare clear, compelling materials, in particular in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships across diverse teams and geographies.
• Curious, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
