Job Description
We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our team at Wykebeck Court care home in Leeds. As a Care Assistant, you will be at the heart of making a difference to our residents, delivering high-quality, personal and social care, and nurturing relationships with individuals and colleagues. You will support residents with varying needs, communicate with families and healthcare professionals, and be part of a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring residents and reporting changes.
