Care Assistant

We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our team at Parkside House Care Home in Reading. As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care that supports independence and honours choice. You will be part of a team dedicated to delivering the highest standards of care and ensuring our residents live a life they truly love.

Requirements

• Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care.
• Observe and manage residents' behaviour with care and ensure to document and report any changes in accordance with the required legislation.
• Support residents' nutrition and hydration needs, encouraging and assisting them to eat and drink according to their care plan.
• Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, both in groups and individually.
• Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory & legal requirements.
