Care Assistant

Care Assistant required to provide person-centred care to residents at Staplehurst Manor Care Home. Must have motivation, positivity, and great interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a care home environment or a Health and Social Care qualification is desirable.

Requirements

• Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements
• Observe and manage residents' behaviour with care
• Support residents' nutrition and hydration needs
• Provide essential physical and mental stimulation
• Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory & legal requirements
