Job Description
Senior Manager – Machine Learning & Data Operations. Define and own the Machine Learning strategy for UK Insurance. Lead Data Operations to ensure accurate, consistent, and accessible data for analytics and reporting. Drive the UKI Data Governance framework, ensuring compliance and data quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering ML/AI solutions at scale in a complex organisation.
- Strong leadership experience across Machine Learning, Data Operations, and Data Governance.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and ML tooling.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing distributed teams, including offshore capability.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on ability to drive innovation and operational excellence.
