Requirements
- Determine and identify new business opportunities by analyzing business needs in existing and new markets
- Preparation of business development plan, define and follow up which in line with the sales targets and objectives
- Manage, coordinate and conduct the sales activities to achieve sales target and profitability target for the Company
- Increase the Company’s involvement with existing clients and also to increase the Company’s client networks-customer concentricity and focus
- Responsible for sharing the technical input and program planning for public sector PSI & PFI
- Tender preparation negotiation and follow up
- Handling of commercial issues, i.e. terms and condition, payment schedules, complaints
- Identify and manage calculated risk in each sales opportunities
- Prepare presentation and delivery pitches to potential client
- Establish and maintain professional relationship with the clients and cater to their needs effectively by cross selling the services of the Company
- Contact potential clients to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Attend conferences, meetings and industry events to grow the pool of partners to aid in expanding the range of services
