Job Description
Burq is seeking a Data Engineer to build and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure. This role involves designing, building, and scaling data systems to power data-driven decision-making, focusing on optimizing delivery routes and improving customer experiences. The position offers a unique opportunity to shape the analytics and AI capabilities of a growing company.
Requirements
- Design & Build Pipelines: Develop and maintain scalable ETL/ELT processes.
- Data Modeling: Design and implement efficient data models.
- Infrastructure: Own the data infrastructure, leveraging cloud-native solutions.
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists and engineers.
- Data Quality: Implement robust monitoring, validation, and governance.
- Scalability: Architect solutions that can handle rapid growth.
- Hands-on experience with data streaming (Kafka, Kinesis) is a plus.
