Job Description
Busek Co. Inc. is seeking a Qualification Engineer to validate the performance and reliability of their advanced space propulsion and power systems. This hands-on role involves test planning, hardware setup, execution of tests, and data analysis, requiring collaboration with various teams to ensure system compliance and adherence to customer and industry standards. The role is critical in enabling groundbreaking space exploration and defense applications.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain test plans and procedures
- Design and validate test fixtures and support equipment
- Oversee procurement and validation of test hardware
- Lead and execute qualification and acceptance tests
- Perform hands-on test setup, inspections, troubleshooting, and data collection
- Analyze test results, drive root cause investigations, and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain thorough documentation of test activities and results
- Collaborate across engineering and program teams
