Requirements

• 5 years of paralegal experience in Texas Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law
• Expertise in independently drafting and responding to discovery requests
• Ability to develop tailored legal strategies from scratch
• Exceptional organizational skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail
• Leadership skills to train, supervise, and inspire a team of junior and foreign paralegals
• Comfortable and effective in a fully remote working environment
